    hi,

i think it depends on the OS version u are using first find out which version of android operating system u are using, if your system wont support MP3 files then u need to install it from the market before that u must upgrade your OS

You can do this directly on your phone using the Internalz app.
    1) Open Internalz
    2) Navigate to /media/internal/.attachment/mms/
    3) Scroll all the way down to the bottom (the last folder is the most recent)
    4) Open folder
    5) Click on file (there will be at least two files but you should be able to determine which one is the audio file...it will not have an extension....at least for me it did not)
    6) Select `Info`
    7) Add .mp3 as the file extension (this must be done in order to play the file)
    8) Select `Move` from the list
    9) Select the folder you want to move it to...for ringtones it will be /media/internal/ringtones

    1) If you have received the Files on Emails, just open the Email.
    2) After that simply tap the Attachment twice simultaneously (double click).
    3) A pop will open and that will ask you to download the image.
    4) If the pop up does not come, better use the Menu button and bring the "Download Attachments" Feature.
    5) Using that now you can download the attachments.
    6) Attachments will now be seen in the External Memory Card.

    hi
Just tap on the received file or long press and options will automatically come up.

Then click on download or save as whatever option you have and save it

    hey friend..

If you want to save the mp3 files in your phone which are there as attachments in your text messages then you can do one thing ...
Install 3rd party apps for your phone which will allow you to save those attached files in your text messages...

Some of these 3rd party apps which you can use are :

    - Astro file manager

    - Linda file manager

Both of these apps are free and can be downloaded from the market place...
These apps are very helpful as they allow you to open almost anything from your attachments ..

    hope i helped
    thanks
