In your Android Samsung S4 open the message app. Then find the message thread which contains the photo you want to save. Just tap and hold on the image for some time. Continue this till a menu appears on the screen of your phone. On the menu just tap on the ‘Save Attachment’ option. Right after that a dialog box will appear with the attachment you want to save. Put a check mark on the box against the attachment you want to save. Tap on the save button to save the settings. Then the photo will be saved to the Download folder in the Gallery app.
