How to set Keyboard mode in Android Phone?

Hi, I have been using Samsung Galaxy R with Android Gingerbread Version. By default, the keyboard setting of my mobile is set to QWERTY Keyboard. But, Im not comfortable in typing with this keyboard. I would like to use the traditional keyboard setting as we used in NOKIA models which is Keyboard type. Please help with the steps needed to do it?

Re: How to set Keyboard mode in Android Phone?

    Hi,
If you are using the traditional Samsung Keyboard that has come with "Touchwiz" then you can change the view of the keyboard to your wish by opening the keyboard any area where you type messages and then select the option as to change the keyboard settings by pressing the "Settings" button on the keyboard. If that button is not available in the menu then you can change the Settings of the Keyboard layout by opening the "Application Drawer" and then select the option as "Language & Keyboard" once that is opened then select the option as to change the settings of the keyboard you can change the view of the keyboard to the one like as 3x4.
    Hope this Helps.
