How to solve Booting Problem in Virgin Mobile Optimus V?

I purchased a Virgin Mobile Optimus from Ebay many months ago. However, it was just today that i opened it and tried to activate it but I have lots of problems. For one, after I put the battery in, I then have to charge it because the battery is low. However, i see a screen where i have 2 options but each option... i cannot click it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hey friend,
I will suggest you that if the problem of booting is going on in your phone, you have to check all the hardware components of your phone. It could be best checked in the Service center. Booting is the process which loads and checks all the hardware devices and peripherals that they are working properly or not. Because of this the problem is regarding to your phone's hardware. Please reach to the service center with your phone as soon as possible.

With all of my best wishes

    hey friend ..

This problem which you are facing is somewhat related with the hardware of phone or the touch of phone which you are using ..
The low battery of the phone is of not much issue but if its more then rare or the battery doesn't charge then this could be due to the fault in battery so check out for this too..
You have mentioned above that your phone is not old one but you just purchased it and then you are getting this problem...

For this first you have to contact ebay and ask for the same ...
They should do something for you in this case as you have purchased your phone from them and also its not much time before that you bought it ...

Also if you not get satisfactory response from there or dont want to talk to them then you have to take your phone to the service centre as you are having problem in the touch which cant be solved by yourself and get it repaired if you know you have not mishandled the phone otherwise you will be charged for the repair work..

But first you can just try by resetting your phone , removing your battery , reinserting it and then use the phone ..
If after this it works then its fine otherwise there is not much option left for you other then taking your phone to the service centre and get it checked ..might be the possiblity that your touch has got some fault ..

    thanks
