    HTC desire not able to download apps from Google play

    Hi friends I am Monu using htc desire from last 2 years. It has been always great experience to use htc mobiles. But from last few days I am unable to download apps from the Google play after updating it. Is there any hardware issue or my software problem. I need to factory reset please suggest me.

    *Firstly check your internet settings or GPRS settings it may have remove from your device after updating.
    *If you don't have GPRS settings then call your your customer care and ask for the GPRS settings.
    * If you are getting slow speed then use 3G or broadband services.
    *If you are facing any problem in google play apps then reinstall your google play apps from google search engine.

    Troublshoot:-

    1. May be the google play apps having lots of cache file after long use.

    2. So you can clear the all cahce file of google play apps .

    3. May be the current using google play apps is old version.

    4. For that you can update the google play apps to latest version.

    5. Try to login with new account.

    6. Use the fast internet connection.

    follow the steps below--

    -->open the home page from the device.

    -->click the menu option.

    -->connect the faster internet connection.

    -->now clear the cache data & files from the system

    -->scan the device by the antivirus.

    -->uninstall the older version of the Google play apps.

    -->download the latest version of the apps.

    -->now solve the matter.
