HI,
The problem with the phone not being able to boot might be due to the fact that there might be any problem with the device when it was rebooted or something might have been modified in the device and which is causing the problem of booting. In order to make the device boot try booting into recovery which can be done by the key combination, hold the track pad and then boot the device, it will take you into boot-loader there select recovery and enter into recovery, once you are in recovery you can format the device and then reboot again, on booting the device should boot up if that doesn't happen then take the device to an Authorized service center of HTC.
Hope that Helps.
hey friend ..
The problem of hanging can be in any mobile phone and it occurs due to following reasons :
- Phone's internal memory not free
- Many applications installed in the phone and been in use at the same time
- Software problem
- Virus attack in the phone
To solve this problem do following :
- Free up phone's internal memory
- Reset your phone and update with the new software if available
- Check for any virus in the phone and remove if any by using good antivirus software..
- Delete or uninstall apps which you dont need or use very much
If problem persists after this then take your phone to the service centre and get it checked
