I am facing not enough memory problem in my Samsung wave phone

I have a Samsung wave. Whenever I try to access my photos on the android gallery it does not open and comes up with the message 'Not enough memory. Delete some items.' I do have enough memory and I can still access my photos through going into the camera app and going back through them all. It may have possibly started when I bought an SD card. What to do now please help.

    Hello Guest,
There is no such issue caused by sdcard, so please relax. You just have to free some internal phone memory. Even if you have enough memory and you are receiving this message, is because some memory is utilised in processing, so you can go to Application Settings in your phone and move some apps from phone to sdcard. When memory level becomes sufficient, the gallery app will open and stop displaying this message. Thank You. Hope I helped you.

    Hello

This error usually shows when you have low internal memory . It doesnt depend upon the sd card memory.

I think you have installed a lot of applications on your phone. Uninstall some of those apps first before installing more applications.

Free some internal memory and it wont display that message again.

    Thank you

Re: I am facing not enough memory problem in my Samsung wave phone

    Hi,
The problem with the phone not able to open the Gallery application might be due to the fact that the application is having memory issue that is the cache of the application is full and that it might be causing the issue in order to get rid of the issue open the "Settings" application from the application drawer and then select the option as "Applications" there you will find an option as Manage applications which will help you in changing the Gallery application settings once you have opened it you can navigate to the Gallery application by opening the "All Tab" which will help you in clearing the cache and data of the Gallery application by doing this the Gallery application will be reset to its original configuration and it will work properly again.
    Hope this Helps.

Re: I am facing not enough memory problem in my Samsung wave phone

Hi---I had the same problem, not enough memory, delete some items. What worked for me was I went into Settings, Memory then Default Memory. In the camera setting, make sure that "Memory Card" is checked instead of Phone (like mine was) .
Press Set and it should be good to go.
    Hope this helps!

This issue could be fixed if you reset your device. If doesn't fix the issue then better to visit service centre of Samsung there problem will be solved.Open the main menu app from home screen of your device. Then navigate to Settings. Now touch to open that & then drag to below.Drag to below there will see Privacy Tap on that.Once that open below will see personal Data. There you find Factory Data Reset.Tap on that & phone will be asking for an option like On Or Cancel.Tap on Ok your phone will be reset.
