Re: Incoming call issues on my Samsung Galaxy Y?

The Samsung Galaxy Y is a basic android smart phone available in the market. A lot of the Y users have brought out an issue with the incoming call reception of the phone. Some even are facing issues like call being dropped while in conversation or the phone showing full coverage but calls are not getting connected. There are a couple of steps to get this issue resolved. The user must make sure that the phones settings have been done correctly. The Phone should be in the correct reception mode. If issue persists, then the phone’s firmware should be upgraded.

    ISSUES:-

    * While talking in phone call is being dropped automatically.
    * Some times users can not able to make a call although full coverage network is available.

To solve this problem then you must have proper settings in your phone.
Also upgrade the firmware of the phone to get the issue resolved.
& make sure that correct reception mode must be activated.

    There are several reasons.

Some of which I am aware of are as follows

    >> This may be due to wrong settings; you can opt for Hard reset.Take a backup of your data

    >> Also download antivirus if there is any virus in the device.

    >> If this doesn’t work you can visit the nearest service center.

    hi friend,

if you are facing some problem's related to your incoming call in SAMSUNG GALAXY Y then
you have to update your FIRMWARE installed in your mobile phone......
