Rooting your phone may help to fix the problem. After you done the rooting in your phone, you install apps like Gscript app and Superuser app. You can also try flashing firmware with the flashtool. Try in flashing the Rom of the phone. Running CM7.2RC2 can also help you to solve the problem of your phone.

    Solution:

:: Try to avoid the use of heavy apps in memory because this take more load.

:: Disable all unnecessary app and service from the background .

:: Try to reset the device.

:: Use the low graphic game.
