Even though I have successfully upgraded my ASUS Transformer Prime to Android 4.1.1, I am having trouble with its camera and virtual keyboard after that. Both front facing and back camera can view only green lines and pictures. It is not possible to open virtual keyboard on certain sites. Please help me find a way to resolve all these issues.

I suggest you to perform factory reset,this might solve the issue which you are having.To do factory reset open the main menu app from home screen of your device.Then many options will appear,but have to chose Settings.Now touch to open that & then drag to below,there will see an option as privacy.You need to open that by tapping on that after that a new window will appear.In that window an option as factory Reset will appear,simply touch that & then tap on OK.Once done your phone will be reset after sometime & problem will be solved.
