    Karbonn A7 cuts off the call before I can answer

    When I get an incoming call it disconnects before I manage to get it out of my pocket. I can't see anywhere in settings to be able to alter the number of rings to say 10 which would give me a good chance to answer the call. So what is this problem? Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

    Hi friend,
    This is very serious problem.I think your system has already corrupted or virus has affected in your system.I think you have to go to the customer care and tell about your problem immediately.They will change your IC and format your system.After that you will download an antivirus and install in your mobile phone.Then you will save your contacts and next you can download any kind of pictures,videos,data etc.If your phone is in the warranty period then they will take only service charge or if your phone is not in the warranty period then they will take service charge and price for the material also.This is the solution.

    hello friend -your problem is not related with any application issue.it is a corrupted device which cause to disconnect all calls in very sort timing.As far as I am concern that you have to goto the authorized service center and tell them about your problem immediately.You should bring your original purchase bill and all accesseries. They will assist you.thanks

    hey friend ..

    I think this problem in your phone can be due to the following reasons :

    - Problem in your SIM or in the network

    - Virus attack in phone

    - Phone's software corruption

    For this problem try the following steps to solve the problem :

    - Scan your phone for any viruses or malwares and install antivirus in it ..

    - Reset and update your phone with the new software

    - Contact your network service provider and ask if they can help with this..

    If the above steps not solve the problem then i would suggest you to take your phone to the service centre and get it checked
