    Kies app not working in Karbonn Smart A50

    Yesterday i have installed kies application in my mobile on starting it work properly but after sometime it become unresponsive on opening and then i uninstall it and when i try to reinstall it then it not getting install help me.

    Consider this issue...

    In your device kies software is not installed properly so that's the reason only its not responding to you.,

    Better upgrade your device with latest version jelly bean..

    And now install kies software latest version which is available in the play store..

    Then clear cache and previous history of your device..

    Scan with anti virus software download Avast from the play store..

    Dear friend

    There could be many reasons behind the unresponsiveness of the Kies application.

    But now if you are getting problem in installing this application then you can try restarting your phone.

    After restarting, again try to download Kies application.

    But if still you are having problem, then you have to factory reset your phone.

    Don't worry, your phone will work properly after doing factory reset.

    But it will delete all data stored in the phone memory.

    So, my advice to you is that, create a backup of all the important data in phone memory before doing a factory data reset.

    To do a factory reset, follow the given instructions :-


    1. Go to Main Menu.

    2. Tap on settings.

    3. Tap on Privacy settings.

    4. You will find Factory data reset option there, tap on it.

    5. Lastly, tap on OK.


    That's it.

    Your phone will restart after factory reset and will work properly, and you will also be able to install Kies application.

    Firstly you need to check your memory space on your device.
    Uninstall some of your unwanted or unknown apps from your device for this-


    1-Go to settings from your main menu.
    2-And then select application option .
    3-And then select manage application option.
    4-And then select your unwanted apps and uninstall it from your device.

    Also have a good antivirus and scan your whole device.
    And then go to Google play store and search for the kies apps and install it again on your device.

    You have simply follow some of the steps after that your problem will be solved::::::::::>>>>>>>>>

    * First of all go to the main menu

    * Then go to the setting

    * Then go to the apps setting

    * Then go to the manage apps

    * Then select the kies apps

    * Then tap on the option

    * Then tap on the update

    * After that restart your device

    To solve this problem follow these steps
    • This is because the kies app crash or the cache of the app is full
    • So first clear the cache
    • Go to the home screen of the device
    • Then choose option Settings
    • Then choose the option Applications
    • Now select the option Manage Applications
    • Then choose the kies app from the list
    • Then select the option Clear cache
    If this does not solve the problem then uninstall the app and then install it from the Google store.
