As a first step, open up Text Assist on your tablet and tap the ‘Edit User Dictionary’ option. If you want to add the words, then tap the ‘Learned Words’ option and hit the plus sign available. You can then enter the word and tap over the ‘Add’ option. Tap the word again to change the spelling if needed and hit the ‘Done’ button after making changes. Move the word from the screen and tap ‘Delete’ option to delete it. Press the ‘Shortcuts’ option under ‘Edit User Dictionary’ for managing shortcuts. Follow the same steps taken for words after that to add or delete shortcuts. If you want to change the shortcut, then first tap over the corresponding shortcut. Enter the current shortcut after tapping over ‘Shortcut’ field and new shortcut after hitting the ‘Replace With’ field. Finally, tap over the ‘Done’ button to save the new shortcut.
