Hi I am Micromax canvas 4 hd user. Phone is just awesome. But I am getting a 1 problem that I am unable to move application from my internal memory to my external sd card. Please can anybody suggest me how can I move my applications to my external sd card. I am very thankful to him.

Its really very simple to move the apps from internal phone's memory to SD card in your Micromax canvas 4..
For this just follow the steps given below :
- Firstly from the home screen of your device open the menu
- Then open ''applications menu''
- Tap on ''manage applications'' option
- It will show the full list of apps installed in your phone
- Search for the app you want to move to SD card and tap on its options
- There you will find ''move to SD card'' option.. Just tap on it..
- This will move the app to SD card for you..

You can't move pre-installed Application from internal memory to sd card.
The Application which you can move that will not a your device application such as gmail,games etc.
Steps to move your Application to sd card are-
1-Go to settings from main menu.
2-Then select Application options.
3-After that go to manage application option.
4-Select the Application which you want to move it to sd card.
5-Then select move to sd card option.
Your device will be move to sd card.

Your canvas 4 HD has an internal usable space of about 10 GB. Even if you want to extend the memory, you can insert an external micro SD card upto 32 GB.
Actually moving application are based on the storage settings.
Go to Settings>>Storage.
Here you can see the setting for default write disk. Select External SD card if you want to store data and applications default to the memory card.
It is based on this setting that the application can be moved. While internal SD card is selected, you can move the applications to the external SD storage.
Once you have set the default storage media, then the apps will be installed in that media only.
You can manage apps in the Application settings.

To move the apps from internal memory to SD card is simple.First of all open the app drawer from home screen of your device.Then hit over 'settings' option window appear.Now scroll down to open 'applications'a window appear with few sub options.Now gently hit over an option displayed as 'manage applications'.A new window appear with all the apps which you have installed.Now tap over that that app which you want to move from internal memory to SD card.Once dona a page appear below will find an option as 'Move To SD Card.Simply,touch that & app will be move to SD card from internal memory.Originally Posted by Unregistered
Note that if you can not find the option of moving any app then you can not move.You should know there are apps which can not be moved from internal memory to external memory,it is important to have a visible option of 'MOVE TO SD CARD'.
