Motorola Electrify doesn't allow me to transfer files to the SD card

As the title says, I am using Motorola Electrify. It has an internal Memory of 8.9 GB. The device shows that i have used 7Gb so want to transfer some applications to the SD card. However, the device is not allowing me to do that. It installed many applications to analyze and transfer some applications to the SD card but all of them freezes. It shows that the applications are just taking 500 MB space. What is taking the rest 7GB space? It would be important to mention that the Android OS version is 2.3.5. I am looking for a solution. Can you provide it for me here?

Re: Motorola Electrify doesn't allow me to transfer files to the SD card

    Hi,
The problem with the Motorola Electrify might be due to the improper reading of the memory of the device and which is causing the problem. Also in order to get rid of this issue you have to reset the storage of the device and see to that the issue is fixed. Also this problem might occur due to the presence of cache files in your device, those cache files are temporary files that are stored by the application in order to get rid of the files, open Play Store then download an application by name "1Tapcleaner" that application will help you in analyzing the cache of the device and will help you in clearing the cache of the applications which will improve the capacity of the storage.
    Hope this Helps.
