    Dear Friend! From Settings menu, select "language and input". Then under "keyboard and input methods" choose "HTC Sense Input". Inside this there should be a point called "International keyboard", where you can choose all the languages you want to have in the switch list.
    Hope it helps You..!

    Do the Following:

    Go to Menu --> Settings --> Language & Keyboard --> Select Language.

    This will sort out all the available languages in your Handset, if there is no other languages available apart from the one primary then your Tablet will work only with that particular Language.

    Can install languages manually by checking the same in "Google Play"

    First Check what are the languages available in the Device. You can do that as follows;
    • Menu--> Settings--> Language & Keyboard-->Android Keyboard --> Input Languages.
    • Choose any language of your preference, it will show only the installed languages in your hand set. (Using this you can find out what are the languages actually available in your Device)
    Note: You must be knowing that, updating a Android version will change the overall configuration of the device, the current version might dont have all the features available in the previous one.

    hey friend ..

    From the above picture you can easily see and conclude how you can change the language option in your android honeycomb.

    For this you have to do following :

    - Go to "settings" of your device
    - Then in this you will be different options from which you have to select "language and input"
    - After selecting that there will be different options available for you to select and change in which there is also the languages selection is available ..
    - Choose the appropriate language you want and exit.
    - If the language you want is not there you can simply download it manually from google play store..

    Thanks
