    My Karbonn A7 won’t play downloaded mp3

    I purchased an album via the mp3 download icon. The album appears in Music Player icon. When I click on a song and click play it says "Sorry, the player does not support this type of audio file." Why? If phone came with ability to purchase and download music, then why can't I play it?

    The Downloaded mp3 is not compatible to play on your music player app..So try to use some other music player apps to play the songs..
    Some of the music players from the android market are

    1.Android Music Player

    2.Real Player

    3.n7 music player

    4.PowerAmp Music player

    5.Rocket Music Player

    6.Winamp

    I think your songs album is corrupted by virus or your songs which you have downloaded are not play in that audio player.Because, virus mainly comes from internet or you will download any data or songs or any kind of videos.In this case first of all you will delete both audio player and songs album.Then you will format your memory card and then scan your memory card.After that you will download a music player and install in your phone.Then you will go to the songs.pk site/musiqzone.com or any kind of songs site and download your favorite album or songs for your mobile.Then you will play any song in the music player.

    Hello friend,
    There may be some software regarding issue to must have to rset your phone and then try again.

    Remember, by performing a reset, all your data- settings, messages, apps, etc would be deleted.
    So backup up anything important.

    Follow these steps:
    - Go to 'Settings'.
    - Privacy.
    - 'Factory Data Reset'.
    - Fill in your id and password and confirm.
    - You can choose whether to delete SD card data or not.

    After the process is complete, your device would return to its out-of-the-box state or to its factory settings.
