My mobile is not showing any contacts but it shows the details when I search the names of contacts?

My mobile is behaving strange to me.I have saved more than 150 contacts in my mobile but when i try to look in my contact , it displays nothing.However it works fine when i search the names of any of contact. means it only shows when i search the names of contact. what is happening please inform me..

i can not say exactly because you are not described your hand set name but i can give you a advice , i think you had make hidden to your contacts so you should look for that in your settings , or may be there any virus effect ...

For get complete solution please firstaly provide complete
detail about your phone like hand set name or model.
With this few information i am not able to say anything correctaly.

you can retrive your problem in following steps:-

1. Sycronise your contact on your system
2. Reset your computer
3. Update your contact on your phone again

I thing your problem will be solved now

Alter the contact settings and see if you have hidden the Contacts or not. if everything is fine and your device is still having the problem, then the problem might related to Sim card. Get help from your Network provider as well as from Mobile provider, They are the one in good position to help you.

Go to Contact Settings --> Enable show contacts from all the Accounts. This will display all the contacts synchronized with the Device.

Make sure you enabled the Button for Displaying the contacts, if the button is disabled then the contacts will remain there but wont be seen in the Main page.

There amy be a problem in the settings part , or it may be that your device has virus.

Kindly Factory Reset your Device. Also you can download and Install the app name "My Contacts" from Google Play Store.

Reboot your Device once installed
