    Hello Guest,
Please ensure that you have all your contacts in the phone memory. For unknown nos., obviously the name won't be shown. You can copy contacts from your sdcard if they are stored in external memory. For this, press the Green button. You will see a menu. Select "Contacts" and then press the options key. Tap on Import/Export option. Your contacts will be successfully added to the phone memory. Now those names will be displayed during calls, which are present in your phone memory. Thank You....! :-D

    Hi,
The problem with the phone not able to display contact details when the phone receives a incoming call the reason might be due to improper saving of the contact so please open the "Contacts" application from the application drawer and then check whether there is particular information provided about the contact. If that is not the problem then the problem might occur due to the fact that there might be some problem with the device that is a format is needed in order to get rid of the problem. So you can perform a reset opening the "Settings" menu from the application drawer and then select the option as "Privacy" where you will find an option to reset, format the phone once it is done the phone will be in a Factory default settings and the problem will also be rectified.
    Hope this Helps.

Go to Contacts --> Settings --> Enable Display the names of Either first name or second name will do correct this problem. Also try to have an option of displaying all the numbers stored in the Mobile and SIM card because that is important for the mobile to recognize the contacts who are calling your Number.

There may be any of following reason as to why names are not shown..
    a. you might not have saved the number..
    b. same contact may have been stored twice under different names..
    c. different contacts may have been stored under same name..

also make sure that all your contacts are in phone memory..
If still problem persist.. you can perform a soft reset of your phone..
