Dear friendat first clear your cache memory and then go to homescreen and then go to settings and then go to wireless and then go to mobile networks and then go to apn and then delelte all existing apms and then go to homescreen call your customer care snd then ask for internet settings and when you recieve the settings set them as default amd then enter your internet via opera browser and I am sure you will have no problemsihope it helpshappy to helpthanks and visit again
Call customer care any problems associated with Network, you need to alter the settings in your device in such a way that it connects to the network "Manually".
Regarding Internet You need to check the mobile provider about the speed of the Plan you have subscribed. The plan speed is important to get good Connection speed. If you are connected to Wifi and the connection is not working properly, better delete all the data associated with the wifi, Re configure it from the scratch and check the Use.
You can install Apps like "Wifi Analyser" and check the performance of the connected Wifi.
First of all you should take out the SIM card.Then again insert it.Switch on you phone.If problem persist again then go to settings in that wireless & Network.
In that go to Mobile network do the necessary settings.If still nothing happens then visit the gallery of the network.Tell your problem they will definitely solve the issue.

First make sure you have proper signal reception, if necessary go to Settings--> Wireless and Networks--> Mobile Network and change the Network mode to AUTO mode so that all the spectrum range is detected.... Next in Network Operators re-Scan networks and select your operator.... If these don't solve tour problem the please get the antenna checkup from the mobile service center....

1.Firstly 'Clear Cache ' of your phone apps.
2.Now try to reset your phone to 'Factory reset' option.
3.By doing reset many of your phone problems will get solved.
4.If your problem is that your phone doesn't connected due to network problem.
5.Then you need to update your phone to latest firmware they fixed this issue in latest firmware.

hello friendsSometimes when network is not available, may be the reason of disconnect from internet but all time it happens can be the form of these types problems like.improper internet setting low space on RAM AND ROMlow memoryhuge amounts of catch and cokiess in browser.so you should refresh the all applications and should make proper space for running to networks.for proper setting of internet ,call your customer care and then ask for internet settings and when you the settings set them as default.thanks
