    Hi,
    The problem might be with your PC and not with your phone so in order to get rid of this issue you have to uninstall the program in the PC and then install it again and then check whether you have the problem or Not if that is not causing the problem then try using a different anti virus software for scanning the phone this might help in a better way. Also format the SD card and then Copy the contents back to the phone so that you will also be able to find whether the problem is with the phone or with the PC.

    Whenever I scan my Android Mobile with Avast Anti-Virus in my computer I get the blue screen error with “Bad Pool Error”

    I have Avast-Antivirus in my PC and whenever I connect my Android mobile it goes for automatic scan after sometime my PC just restarts with the blue screen error as “Bad Pool Error”. Can you tell me why I am getting this error after connection my Android mobile? Is there any probem with my Android phone? How to fix it?
