    Hello Dear...

    I think if this kind problem occurs, then the last and the final option is left that you just format your whole Virgin mobile or you can make the default settings.
    By doing this, you will get the previous settings again and you can login with the new user accounts and password.

    Hello friend, Your android provides the option that your phone may have more than one either google or samsung account.For this you go to settings and there click on the account settings and then on the add acount option.Now you can sign in or sign up there.After this process go to security settings and type newly created google account details.Now it opens.Now your phone is under security control of yours.Android also provides the option making your account as default storage to your phone.

    Security issue on my Virgin Mobile Venture

    I decided to set the security settings in my phone: Settings > Location and Security > Remote functions. I don't remember ever setting this, but when I put my email address in, it said the account already exists. But I have forgotten my password as I have tried twice with passwords. Also, I can't see any of the "Forgot your password?" by which I can take a new password with the same email id. So I am really stuck on this problem.
