Re: Samsung Galaxy Grand running on Android JellyBean tend to freeze by itself intermittently

    hey friend ..

The problem of hanging can be in any mobile phone and it occurs due to following reasons :

    - Phone's internal memory not free
    - Many applications installed in the phone and been in use at the same time
    - Software problem
    - Virus attack in the phone

There are few points whom you have to look upon so that your phone doesn't get overloaded and hangs...

    - First of all is the internal space of your phone ... Always make sure that your phone's internal memory is always as free as possible

    - Scan your phone for any virus and clear it off using good antivirus software
    - There must be no multitasking in the phone without any use..
    - Close all the background running apps or uninstall unnecessary apps from the phone
    - Clear or delete all the cache , cookies , browsing history from the phone after using internet
    - Also restart your phone time to time ....
    - Update your phone and check for the latest updates available ..

    thanks

    Hi friend,
If the phone got freeze by itself, then there might be some software issues..So try to reboot your device..Remove the battery and reinsert it..After then press the power button for about 10-20 seconds...The phone will restarts and if the freezing problem arises once again, then you need to reset your mobile..First backup the files before doing it..Then go to Menu-->Settings-->Privacy-->Factory Data Reset-->Reset phone-->Erase everything..This might solve the freeze problem from your device..

    Thank you!!!

By the time the phone gets frozen, quit all the programs and perform a soft reset. In this process, you need to first hold down the Power button for about 8 to 10 seconds. Then, wait until the device reboot to the home screen automatically. If this won’t resolve the problem, perform a factory reset on the device after creating back up for necessary files. Get into the Applications screen for that and hit the ‘Settings’ icon. Tap the ‘Backup and reset’ option afterwards to bring up ‘Factory data reset’ item. By tapping on that item, you can find ‘Reset device’ option on the screen. Hit that option and then select ‘Erase everything’ item.

Samsung Galaxy Grand running on Android JellyBean tend to freeze by itself intermittently

Three weeks ago, I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand running on Android JellyBean. Even though I found all its features impressive, the device tends to hang up intermittently without any particular reason. Is there any solution available for this problem?
