    You can solve this issue very easily by the following instructions :
    When ever you face a problem with the camera application and the video recording then you have to download the Camera applications and settings from the internet of your Android mobile and then you should install them in your phone.
    Then go to the settings menu and then camera settings there you can see the different settings that you can solve the issue.
    The video recording applications must be completely saved in the settings of your Android mobile.
    This is the best process to follow by yourself with your mobile phone.

    Video recording and camera app not working in my Samsung Android smartphone

    Recently I have started facing this issue where the video recording and camera app is not working properly. I am using the default app which comes in with the mobile. Whenever I try to open the camera app it just shows only black screen but I am able to change the settings in it and when I try to start the video recording I get the Warning message as "Video recording failed!". What is the issue? How can I fix this problem?
