The Reason Behind this Problem may be lack of memory in your Android Phone.
To Check Memory you need to follow these Steps:

    Go to Main Menu
    Go to Task Manager
    Click on Storage
There you will see memory Status.
    Done.

Re: No application gets fully downloaded in Samsung Galaxy S4

    Dear friend

May be the reason behind the problem is that your phone's internal memory is full.

That's why you can't download any application.

To check the memory status, follow the given instructions :-

    1. Go to Main Menu.

    2. Tap on settings.

    3. Tap on applications.

    4. Then go to manage applications.

    5. It will show the full list of apps installed in your phone.

At the bottom of the screen, there will be a bar which shows that how much memory is being used and how much memory is free.

If the memory is full then you have to uninstall some useless applications to download new applications.

But if this is not the problem, then you have to factory reset your phone.

Don't worry, your phone will work properly after doing factory reset.

But it will delete all data stored in the phone memory.

So, my advice to you is that, create a backup of all the important data in phone memory before doing a factory data reset.

To do a factory reset, follow the given instructions :-

    1. Go to Main Menu.

    2. Tap on settings.

    3. Tap on Privacy settings.

    4. You will find Factory data reset option there, tap on it.

    5. Lastly, tap on OK.

    That's it.

Your phone will restart after factory reset and will work properly.

Hope the answer will be helpful.

    Regards
    SBMU
