Hello,
First you need to move on to the settings screen of your phone. Tap on the option that is labelled ‘accounts & sync’. Then tap on the specific ‘SyncML’ account from the list. Then hit on the option named ‘account settings’. Select the ‘Sync Interval’ option from the next screen. There you can select the desired interval from the options provided. Then you need to save the currently selected settings. :-D
