Hey,I am Abhinav and I am using HTC Desire X and it continuously giving me some errors like process.com.play.stopped unexpedtly so I was thinking to factory reset of phone but now when I try to factory reset then it automatically switch off and factory reset failed. Please suggest me to solve my problem.

You have simply follow some of the steps after that your problem will be solved::::::::::::::>>>>>>>
* First of all go to the main menu
* Then go to the setting
* Then go to the privacy
* Then tap on the factory data
* Then tap on the menu option
* Then tap on the reset
* After that restart your device
