I am not able to hear my newly set ringtone in my android device. I tried with another ringtone, but that is working fine. What might be causing this problem? I am now not able to attend calls since i am unable to hear the ringtone. How this issue can be fixed?

Its definitely a ringtone problem itself.
The ringtone may be corrupted or invalid that is why it is not giving any response.
Its better if you download the ringtone again from a trusted website and set it again.
It will work fine after that.

If the ringtone is not working, first please make sure the file format is correct.
The file formats supported are MP3 and MIDI.
Also listen to the audio in the mobile's music player to make sure that file is not corrupt.

1. In music player, check tone's sound.
2. Check whether that tone is corrupted.
3. Check tone volume.
