You have simply follow some of the steps after that your problem will be solved:::::::::::::>>>>>>>>>
* First of all go to the main menu
* Then go to the setting
* Then go to the apps setting
* Then go to the manage apps
* Then select the swipe apps
* Then tap on the menu
* Then tap on the OFF
* Then restart your device
