Guess i know about the issue..
Okay now wat i know is that there is a digitizer on this phone and it was removed and covered the light sensor with glue.. So basically clean that area nicely you are good to go..
Also using headphones would allow you to see the screen when you place a call without any issues..
Let me know whether that worked..
Thankx..![]()
Hi there,This problem arises when the PROXIMITY SENSOR of your phone does not work properly. But,This problem can be solved easily,You just have to switch your phone OFF for about 5 minutes and then turn it switch ON.This problem will go off after that.Regards..

- This is because the proximity sensor will wake up once you pull it away from your face Just try to turn off your proximity screen off. You can able to see thing under call settings.
- You can also make your screen awake on all times by doing settings like settings=>applications=>development=>stay awake.
- If you are using rubberised cover means Just take away and check.
- You can also use application for screen on.
- If you are using scratch guard means cut the notch to extend it to the right side to open the sensor.
Hello,
This can be Done by The method That is Given above or you should go to the Samsung care and get it repaired form there .I think this idea is more safe. What do you think?

Well,
Dear you need to check your Proxy Sensor.
Whether it is working perfect or not.
Because Screen light turning on /off depends on Proxy sensor.
It is Works on the Principle of Light.
If there any problem you need to Contact a Authorised Customer care of Samsung.
