Is it possible to make telephone calls over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi in android?

I would like to make telephone calls in android over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Is that possible?

Dear Friend! try to call/send sms with the flyer through your android phone.
Connect the flyer to the phone using bluetooth or wifi and then type a sms on the flyer, the sms goes to the phone and sends it with the phones provider.
You can also try to call using Google Voice or Groove IP.

To make a call ovr a bluetooth or a Wi-Fi you need to have UMA support in your phones.Unfortunately UMA support is not provided in android phones released in INDIA so you won't be able to make calls over Bluetooth over your Android phone.




Currently this ervice is only provided in some phones of Blackberry and Nokia(not released in INDIA).

It is possible only in those android devices which has UMA features. Unfortuanately this feature is not available in india.

Though you can use apps like VIBER and skype to make calls using 2G/3G or wifi.

To make telephone calls over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi on Android phone, you have to download & install a third party application name “Mobile VOIP” from “Google Play Store”

Reboot your device once your install the application.
