What are the steps to activate call barring on my android smart phone from Samsung? Is this feature a phones feature or a networks feature?

It is possible to enable phone restriction on the Samsung android smart phones. This feature is a facility provided by the network operator and not by the phone as such. These features will work only of the network operator allows it. To enable call barring you need to first select Settings from the Menu on the home screen. Then you need to go to applications settings. There you will find the Call option, and after that then Voice call option. Then in the menu that pops up you need to select Call Barring. Then the last menu opens up and you will have to select the option that you would want to and then tap Done.

First switch on your mobile ,go to menu option ,then click on setting,
and press the application setting and select voice call,
next select call Barring option ,select your Desire option
