Is it possible to share scanned Barcode information from Android phone?

There is a Barcode scanner app with my Android phone and it is possible to scan the barcode with it. But, I would like to share the bar code information with my friends. How can I make it possible?

Get into the search bar in Google Play Store app on your phone and look for the ‘Barcode Cache’ app. Once you find that app among the search results, install it in your phone. After that, run the app and set one or more labels. Then, press any label quickly for bringing up the Barcode scanner app. When the app starts scanning the code, it will be added to the selected label. By the time you finish scanning, long press the label until a menu pop up on the screen. Navigate through that menu and tap the ‘Share’ option. You can then choose the app with which you want to share the bar code information. It is possible to share the label through e-mail, Evernote etc.
