    Problem in configuring my yahoo mail id on Samsung Galaxy

    I have Samsung galaxy S mobile. I have successfully configured my Gmail, but when I trying to configure my yahoo email id as the second email account by giving all the correct settings, it says user id and password differs. I am hundred percent sure that my user name and the password are fully correct. I caní login in my yahoo mail, please help.

    The first thing is that you have to download the Yahoo application in your mobile and then you can easily to log in and mail.
    You have remember your Username and passwords properly so that it would be easy for you to download those applications.
    So this could be the Only thing you have to follow.
    One more thing is that you have to select the option that to remember username and password by your android mobile.
    You can enjoy it's features.

    Well you said that , it generates a message that includes "your user id & password differs". In order to give your yahoo mail id as second account, you just navigate your device as mentioned below.
    1. First of all, turn on your phone and view the main menu panel.
    2. Then, go for settings by clicking on settings icon.
    3. Then, some options will be appeared. Among them, go for the option named "Accounts" and click on it.
    4. Now, you will get some options. Select the option like "more accounts" and give your yahoo mail as the second account.

    hello guest,

    firstly you need to download the app from google play. steps to do so are:



    1. go to main menu and tap on google play.

    2. wait for app to open and search for google talk.

    3. a new list will pop up showing the results.

    4. tap on "yahoo mail" and hit install.

    5. android will start downloading the app and will be installed once download has finished.

    6. follow the onscreen instructions to set up you account.




    Y.MAIL account can also be set up using the stock email application.

    follow below given steps to do so:

    1. go to main menu and tap on "Mail"

    2. tap on the new account option

    3. Tap "Other (POP3/IMAP)." Enter your Ymail email address and password in the indicated fields. Tap "Next.

    4. fill in the required details and hit "next".

    5. pess "finisg setup" to successfully setup ymail account on your android phone.
