Problem of non-functioning skype on my Android mobile.

This is Mehraj from Kashmir and I am using Motorola XT928 android mobile and I downloaded skype to my mobile and its working fine but the other person to whom I am calling can only hear his voice but not able to view his photo.

Update the Skype App or uninstall the same and re install it, ask your friend to do the same in his device. Hopefully it will solve the problem.

Note: After updating, reboot your device atleast once. All the Best

Uninstall it after sometime Re install it using recommended settings and tell your friend to do the same thing in his device to do maybe problem must be there in his device...........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please check your phone audio and video setting once again. If it not work then uninstall the app and reinstall it once again.

You can updated your skype app and uninstalled older one.
Also check your audio and video,if there any issue on them.If
still the problem reset your device.

you should install new one Skype because it occurs when your file is corrupted so uninstall old one and install new one

For this issue, you have to first uninstall the skype app,

To unistall , follows the steps :

Menu >> Settings >> Applications >> Manage Applications >> Select Skype from the list >> Options >> Uninstall

Wait for a minute

Now Download the latest version and install “Skype”.This will solve your problem

But if this doesn’t work , you can first factory Reset the Device and then Fresh Download nad install “Skype”

You can download & install from "Google Play Store"

Reboot your Device once installed

Please go to Settings---> Applications---> Manage Applications---> All Tab and select Skype...


Hit uninstall to remove the app.


Next Download the app from here--- link.



This should solve your problem...

Download the latest and updated version of Skype
Or Upgrade it(Skype)
