Proximity sensor not working on received calls on ARCHOS 50 Platinum

The sensor will work on calls I make, but on calls I receive it invariably does not resulting in all kinds of embarrassing key presses when receiving a call. What's more, I notice that the dialler behaviour is different on calls. The keypad used to stay on, but now it disappears on calls. Please tell me what to do?

This is due to because your device proximity sensor is disable at the time
    of receiving the call.

So you need to enable the proximity sensor.

Instruction to enable the proximity sensor:-

    1. Open the settings.

    2. Then go to the phone section.

    3. Now locate the sensor settings.

    4. Here you find out the proximity sensor and enable it.

    5. If your proximity sensor is enable and still the proximity sensor is not
working then once you hard reset the device ,this will refresh the proximity sensor.
