Acer Liquid C1 stops charging once it reaches 70 per cent. It is a brand new phone. Why is this

Hello Dear,
This problem may be due to setting issue....
So reset the device ....
1. Open menu of the device...
2. Then tap on settings...
3. After then Privacy..
4. Then factor data reset...
5. Tap on it then tap on reset phone...
6. Fill the password in it...
Note : The reset erase all data in device memory take it safe
and also scan your device before resetting the device...

Follow the steps below--
-->Open the home page from the device.
-->Click the menu option.
-->Connect the faster internet connection
-->Remove the unwanted app
-->Scan the device by the antivirus
-->Need to the reset the all setting
-->MENU--SETTING--GENERAL--RESET--RESET ALL SETTING--SOLVE .
-->Check the condition of the battery .
-->If require then replace it .
