    Hello friend,

    Use Advanced task killer.
    You can get it here.

Use it to kill unwanted apps running in the background.
You can also schedule auto kill of apps.

Dont open many apps at an instance.
Your 800 MHz single core CPU is pretty weak to handle it.
    Also uninstall unwanted apps.

This kind of problem occurs because you might have not closed the applications after use. That's the reason why there might be many applications running in the background, because of which your phone multitasking have become very slow. After you have used an application close it in a proper manner, else you cannot have proper usage of your phone. You might also try installing task killer application which will automatically end the application after usage. You also better uninstall few unwanted applications because of which the speed might reduce. After that your phone performance might be doing pretty well than before.

    Hi friend,
The background running apps consumes the phone internal memory..So that your processor slows down the other running processes..That is for multitasking, the processor needs to concentrate on two or more tasks..So,better,Stop the background running apps..To stop that go to Menu-->Settings-->Applications-->Running services-->Your background running apps are shown-->Tap on the app that you want to stop...

Otherwise use the "Advanced Task Killer" app from android market to stop or kill the running apps...
    Thank you!!!
