    Samsung galaxy S doesn't support KIES 2?

I have just downloaded KIES 2 (Took me approximately 20 minutes). Now when I open KIES, it tells me that a new firmware version is available Which is the 2.2, when I accept that, it asks me to accept a couple of rules etc, I check that, and then it says: ''Firmware stopped working, windows is looking for a solution'' then it says: ''A problem occurred which caused to close the installation. I have retried this, but it won’t work please help me.

    Hello

Why you using that Kies for installation or for uploading any data from PC to your mobile . my suggestion is Don't upgrade your software without any instructions it should be done by Samsung customer care service only . If you done by your own your phone will damaged or corrupted software .

OR you have to upload a pics that kies are not much use full i ll tell you a easy process , just download a SAMSUNG USB DRIVERS and install in your PC after that connect you mobile with USB you will ask for connection tap on MASS STORAGE . then it will open SD card files as well as phone memory files .

    Process Done successfully.

    Hi,
The problem might be with the phone please make sure that you have all the drivers installed properly on the PC that is Uninstall the Kies application completely and again download it and install it again. Once the application is installed connect the phone to PC also make sure that "Usb Debugging" under the "Settings" inside the ''Development" menu make sure it is enabled and that the phone is connected properly and then when the application is open select the option as to update the Firmware then see that it is updated properly. If you still have the problem then make sure that you have the internet connection is working properly and see to that also the phone has sufficient amount of battery available so that the phone will be updated properly.
    Hope this Helps.
