1.you need to install a antivirus like
i.avast.
ii.quick heal...etc
2.scan your mobile......
3.remove the virus files..........
4.restart your phone.......
>>if the problem is not solved then you need to reset your handset........
i. go to setting.....
ii. then privacy setting........
iii. now select reset option...............
>>if problem is not solved then you need to update its o.s.
>>visit the nearest service center.........
install latest firmware........

The problem with Samsung Galaxy S2 failing to open the sub menu for various modes might be due to the fact that there might be an issue with the software of the device and in order to fix the issue you have to format the device and then see to that the issue is fixed. In order to format the you have to open "Settings->Privacy" inside which you will be able to select the option to format the device. Once you have formatted the device your issue will be fixed, if still the issue is present then you have to take the device to an authorized service center and get the issue fixed.
