Samsung Galaxy SIII shows ‘Server Unavailable’ message on checking updates

Whenever I check for updates on my Samsung Galaxy SIII, it shows the message “Communication Failed. The server is currently unavailable. Your device will automatically check for an update within the next 48 hours”. Due to that, I am not able to update my phone. How can I get rid of this error message?

    Dear,

Here to get rid from this Issue you need to use Superfast Internet connection such as fast Wifi or 3G.
Checking for Updates or installing Updates needs fast internet connection, you can not suppose to do it in 2G.
Try by using 3G.Definately no issues will there.

    Pleasure to help you..!!

Please make sure that you are having a Working internet connection in your phone. In order to ensure that navigate to Settings from the application drawer and then select "Wireless&Network" Scroll down and select "Mobile Networks" make sure that data is enabled even though it is enabled make sure that there is a working connection as there will be arrows up and down in the notification bar to show it is working. If you are connected to a Wifi network then make sure that the connection is working properly. Also if all these are proper and still you get the problem then test it after few hours as there might be a problem with the "Samsung Servers". If that doesn't help take your phone to the near by service center and then ask for their help. Also there is always a PC that you can connect to so that you can have your phone updated.
    Hope this Helps.

    1) The problem seems to be because of Internet Connection, First make sure that the established connection is stable. You need to check with many different Options.
    2) Once you are sure, then you have to check whether any updates are available. If there is no updates available then you have to wait for the Updates, meantime you will get only this kind of messages.
    3) If you are sure there is update for your Device, then better contact the Customer care and solve the issue manually.
