    Hello

Don't worry , i think your mobile software is effected with virus , just to reset then your problem is 90% solved , after that also same problem repeats then go for coustmer care service of Samsung and ask them to solve your problem .

For RESET the process is :

NOTE : before reset you have to backup your data .

GO to MENU ----> Settings -----> privacy ----> select reset factory option ...

    Dear Friend..

Whatever apps you have downloaded om your mobile, all of them are internet based application and for using these apps, you have proper internet connection in your mobile.

You must have proper internet setting for using all these apps and for have internet connection in your mobile.
If you are a Aircel Customer then type PI and send it to 121
If you are Airtel Customer, type LIVEACT to 511.
If you are a vodafone customer, type ACT VL to 111.

After getting setting from the service provider and save them as default internet settings.
Now restart the mobile and start internet.

If you still facing problem, then you must contact with the customer care like 121, 111, or 198.

    Thank You..

    Hello
    Do not Worry, Just Relax
The easiest way to resolve this issue is to restore your phone's setting.

1.. Go to the main menu.
2.. Tap on to the Settings.
    3.. Choose the privacy option.
4.. From here tap on the factory restore.

Phone will be automatically restarted and all the settings will be adjusted to the default.
