    Hello Guest,
Android has provided the hotspot feature which enables you to share your phone's internet connection with any other wi-fi enabled device. Ensure that wi-fi in your phone and laptop is turned on. Now, in your phone point to Menu>Settings>Wireless and Networks>Tethering and Portable Hotspot. Tap on Wi-fi Hotspot. Now, the connection will appear in the search list in laptop in the wi-fi networks available. You can access 3G phone connection in laptop now. Thank You. Hope this helps.

    hello
there are two ways by which you can use internet data in your laptop
1.turn on android mobile AP and connect it to wifi.to access your mobile AP go to your mobile setting .
2.install kies then connect your mobile through data cable..after connecting turn on usb tethering.
    thats it.
    thank you

    Heyy

It really simple, follow these steps:

Go to playstore-->>download the app FOXFI.

Install it. Turn your 3g connection on.

Open that app-->>tap on the first option-->>tap on activate wifi hotspot

it will then create a wifi signal which you can use on your laptop via wifi and use your 3g connection on your lapi. Plus you can even give password for further protection.

    Thank you

    Hi,
You can use your Samsung Galaxy Y phone as a modem for your laptop. Make sure that you have enabled Mobile Data in your phone if that is enabled then open "Settings" option from the application drawer there you will find an option as "Wireless & Networks" select that you will be able to select the option by name "Tethering and portable" hot spot inside the "Wireless & Network" menu select the option either as "Usb Tethering" or "Wireless Hot spot" depending upon the use. You must need drivers installed in your Laptop in order to use "USB tethering" select the necessary option and you can use your phone as a modem to your Laptop.
    Hope this Helps.
