In order to reboot your phone to recovery install ADB(Android debugging bridge) in your PC from the following link http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
Extract the files to root of C:/ drive and then open the "SDK manager" and download the following packages. 1. Google Drivers 2.SDK tools 3.SDK platform tools
Once you have done the above copy the contents in "platform tools" to "tools" folder.
Now you have successfully set your Android Debugging bridge.
If you have already downloaded the LG system tools to connect your phone to PC then you should have your drivers. If not download them.
Then turn on your phone and connect it to the PC using a Data Cable.
Open the Command Prompt in your PC and type the following
Cd c:\android-sdk-windows(press tab the folder name should appaear)\tools
    adb devices
(Here you will see your Device serial number and model number) which means your phone is connected to PC
    adb reboot recovery
this boot your phone into recovery then FORMAT\DATA WIPE then install the .zip again.
    Hope this Helps.

First of all make sure that the CM7 version you flashed does not have errors like reboot loop and random reboot. If it has then you need to change the ROM and flash a much stable ROM. Read the list of bugs in a ROM to help you understand the problems with the ROM.

If you alone have the problem then you need to clear the Phone Data. To do this do to the recovery menu, probably ClorkWorkMod recovery and clean Dalvik cache and other caches available.

And use ROM manager to help you flash ROMs----> link

    Dear,

Thats Why Experts give advice not to go for Custom Roms.
Official Versions are tested Under Experts whether it is fully compatible with your device or not.
As it is not an Official from LG for your device, you have to face those Issues. No solution.
Now contact Authorised Service centre of LG and Ask for Help. They Will help you right a way.
In future never go for Custom ROMS, always go for OFFICIAL version.
