SD card issues with Android powered Samsung Galaxy Precedent

My Android powered Samsung Galaxy Precedent has a 16GB SD card. When I tried accessing data from it, I got a message like blank SD card. Is the data lost or can I get it back?

    Dear Friend,

I think your phone not supproting SD card data in your phone. Please insert the sd card on another phone to check the issue. If the data still not find that there is a problem of your SD card. If so, then there is not possible to get back the data.If data shown in the other phone then your phone is not support the data in SD card.

There are many reasons for such a problem to occur, Remove your SD CARD reinsert it properly and check for data, if that does not work, Insert the data to other mobile or any card reader (Connect it to Computer) and check for its function, If nothing is working for you then you can confirm that SD card is damaged or Corrupted.

    Good Luck.

    Hey

Check if your phone supports 16gb sd card or not.

If it does and you cant open any data or even see any then remove your sd card and run it via a sd card reader on your pc or laptop.

If it works fine then you have a problem in your phone's software or your phone's sd card slot. And if the card doesnt work on the pc then it is corrupted.

Try a factory reset if it still doesnt work the check out your phone with a local service center

    Thank You

    Dear friend,
if you are having problem with your SD memory card, check whether the problem is in the SD card or the SD card port(slot).
if the problem is in the SD card you should check whether the card is corrupted or not, if not corrupted backup all the data on your PC or any other hard disk, then format the SD card. Then again copy all data from your PC to SD card. check it is working or not.
if you are having problem in SD memory card port(slot),
remove the SD card from the port(slot), clean the port by just blowing air by your mouth in it. reinsert the memory card.
if it is not working then change the SD card slot.
    good luck!
