You can add a second language for predictive text input easily. First, you need to tap on the Notifications panel on the home screen. There you will be able to find the settings icon. You need to tap on the settings icon and then there you will have to tap on Language and Keyboard option. There you will be able to find the option HTC Sense input. Once you tap on that you should tap on the option called advanced settings. One of the options in advanced settings would be Bilingual Prediction. Once you tap on that option, you can choose the language of your choice from the list which shows up.
