I have restarted my Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo as the menu button is not responding at all. Since then, my phone remains opening up in safe mode only. What should I do to switch my phone from this mode?

1) Remove the battery and insert it freshly and reboot the Device.
2) Reboot the Device in Recovery Mode.
3) Can try rebooting using the Volume down Key + Power Button. This will boot up with Root Privileges.
4) Using these different boot up options you can reboot the Device normally.
5) Try different combinations, else you have to take the device to service center.
You can make a Factory restore in safe mode also so if you are
unable to back from safe mode that go for factory restore. For
factory Restore of your phone just follow the following steps:-
1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button and go to Settings.

Dear,
According to me best way is go for Authorised customer care.
Go for it and ask for help.
They will guide you right a way.
If your device is still in warrenty period, you dont need worry.
Feel free, no need to pay a single rupee.
