Sony Xperia Arc S camera displays ‘low memory’ while taking pictures

Two days ago, I used camera in my Sony Xperia Arc S to 2MP and took six pictures without any problems. When I try to take another picture, the camera started to display ‘low memory’ on the screen even thought there is much memory left in the SD card. What could be the reason for that?

    hello
as you said ,i think all your photos are store in phone memory rather than in sd card.so change your setting .Go to Camera there tap on Settings. When open will see Memory card & Phone memory.Tap on memory card now pictures which you take & video will all be stored into memory card.
after that no problem will be occur.
    thank you

    hey friend ...

I would like to tell you that this is not the problem with your phone nor with the SD card but your phone is showing low memory just because of the low internal space of your phone ...
Or you can say that your phone's internal memory is full..
Also i might be possible that there are many applications or operations going on simultaneously which cause this memory issue

The problem also occurs if you have not set the camera's default memory to SD card as when you buy a phone the default memory for almost every app or feature like camera , messages , contacts , videos , etc is set to phone's internal memory and hence you are not able to use camera easily as it shows low memory error ..

To solve this issue first of all set the camera's memory to SD card and then just free up your phone's internal memory...
If problem persists then take your phone to the service centre and if it is in the warranty no charge will be taken to repair it or get it checked ...

    thanks
