You must follow the right method to turn off that.First of all tap on app drawer to get in menu window. There will see an option which is visible as 'camera'.Hit over that to open a window appear & camera will be activated. Now after that hit on a gear icon that known as 'settings'.Once done you will get 2 options. Now hit over 'setup' option few options will appear. Now drag below to find option for 'shutter.Once get hit to open that there will find different shutter options & at last 'off' option.Hit over that & shutter sound will be off for sure.
