Re: Sony Xperia Z Ultra after running security scan, asks for new passwords for screen security

    Hi,
The problem with Xperia Z ultra with security scan might be due to the following issues.
    1. The device might be due to the reason that the device fails to register the security provided. This issue can be solved by clearly following the instructions in the security screen.
    2. In order to set security screen, open "Settings" and then enter into "Security" and select the option which you want to set it as your screen security and follow the steps clearly to set the screen security.
If the above solutions doesn't help then you have to format the device which can be done by selecting the "Privacy" option in "Settings" menu.
    Hope this helps.
